Initial clinical psychology appointment
Medicare referrals
Please bring the following information with you to your first appointment:
- Letter of referral from your General Practitioner
- Any medical reports
- List of previous and current medications
- Your Medicare card
- Your bank savings card (to deposit Medicare rebate)
- Australian Psychological Society website
SIRA Insurance Claims: Worker’s Compensation and Compulsory Third Party (CTP)
If you are being referred under a Worker’s Compensation claim or Compulsory Third Party claim, you will need to provide the following:
- A referral from your doctor
- Details of your insurance company
We will request approval from the insurer on your behalf and following receipt of approval, we will contact you for an appointment.
